Each device is displayed in its own window, complete with real-time data acquisition, limit and set point monitoring, alarm notification and custom configuration options. It is suitable for burn-in racks and L-I characterization systems. Optional analog inputs facilitate up to 500-kHz modulation in constant-current mode.
