UV LED Curing LampThe FireJet ONE UV LED curing lamp from Phoseon Technology is a 20-W/cm² device designed primarily for the ink-jet, flexographic, and screen printing markets.

It offers high irradiance and power, uniform output, and flexible scaling in a small and efficient package. In widths from 75 to 375 mm, users can scale the units by placing them next to one another. Unique optics ensure uniformity at the substrate surface.

As a self-contained unit, the lamp can be controlled using PLC signals to provide instant on-off, intensity control, and other primary functions. UV LED curing provides increased production speeds, cost reduction through energy savings, and environmental sustainability.
