Promon 501 Camera by AOSThe ultra-compact PROMON 501 camera by AOS offers 2 megapixels resolution at high frame rates. It delivers 90 fps in full resolution, and captures frames of up to 3000 fps at reduced resolution. PROMON 501 cameras come with comprehensive software for parametrization of the camera and piloting of the recording. Circular buffer recording, triggering by external discrete signals or by motion detection are available in the standard system. For longer recording times, streaming directly to hard disk for minutes or hours ensures that even the most intermittent events are captured. Easy export of image data to most common movie formats such as avi and mpeg is just another one of the many features of the software. The software is capable of handling up to 4 cameras connected to the controller. With added on synch-Cables, frame synchronized recording for hours at full speed is possible. This allows further 3D analysis (through optionally available motion analysis software). The same software permits real time live viewing while recording. Depending on requirements, PROMON cameras can be equipped with custom-tailored connectors. Additional configuration options for use under harshest environmental conditions include hermetically sealed systems, and cameras that meet MIL-810 and DO-160 standards.
