The ORS-Cubic Ultrastable Laser from Menlo Systems GmbH is a compact device based on the rigidly mounted 5-cm cubic cavity developed in cooperation with the National Physical Laboratory with low vibration sensitivity.
The rigid mounting of the cavity allows for transportation of the system without the
need for realignment. The ORS Ultrastable Laser System series is available from 500 to 1600 nm, helping to save valuable R&D time and stay focused on the experimental application. The robustness of the turnkey metrology systems allows for continuous operation.
The ORS series is used in applications such as ultra-low-noise microwave synthesis, ultrastable frequency dissemination via optical fiber, optical clocks, and other atomic and molecular physics experiments.
