Bandwidth10 designs and manufactures wavelength-tunable VCSELs at different wavelengths. VCSELs based on GaAs are centered around 1060-nm, presently available with 30-nm and 50-nm tuning range, soon with 70-nm and above, and are typically used in SS-OCT applications. VCSELs based on InP are centered around 1550-nm with 10-nm tuning range and are typically used in communications, FBG interrogator, and sensing applications. All VCSELs are available in TO-CAN or TO-packaged pigtail. Visit us at booth #3366.
