Optical Gaging Products Inc. has introduced a multisensor video measurement system with telecentric zoom optics for improved accuracy. The SmartScope Quest can characterize a part by integrating data from video, touch probe and laser sensors. The sensors, available in both diffuse and specular configurations, are calibrated to a common reference frame and are interchangeable within the same measurement program. The touch probe system acquires data from areas that are inaccessible by the optics and supports a variety of standard probe heads and styli.
