VIS SWIR CameraThe Ninox 1280 VIS-SWIR camera from Raptor Photonics Ltd. offers HD resolution for high-end scientific and astronomy applications.

Using a 1280 × 1024 InGaAs (indium gallium arsenide) sensor cooled to -15 °C, the Ninox 1280 offers visible extension from 0.4 to 1.7 µm to enable high-sensitivity imaging. It will offer <40 electron readout noise combined with a low dark current reading. The camera will offer ultrahigh intrascene dynamic range of 69 dB, enabling simultaneous capture of bright and dark portions of a scene. Available with a 12-bit CameraLink output, the Ninox 1280 will run up to 60 Hz. The camera will feature on-board automated gain control, which will enable the best contrast image from low light to bright, as well as an on-board, intelligent, three-point nonuniform correction algorithm.
