Newport Corp. has released ValuMax research-grade optical mirrors for general laboratory use, prototype development, and proof-of-concept or educational applications.

The mirrors are available with six metallic and broadband dielectric coatings and cover the UV-VIS-IR from 250 nm to 20 µm. They are 25.4 mm in diameter, 6 mm thick and feature a flatness of λ/10.
