The Ethernet/IPM Video Recording (EIPVR) System from Imperx Inc. features new color and multi-camera video capabilities.
The system seamlessly integrates with Rockwell Automation PLC and captures slow-motion video snippets of process failures when triggered by an alarm, fault or other PLC trigger event. Imperx’s EIPVR reduces down-time and eliminates guess work by allowing process experts worldwide to view AVI-MPEG4 videos capturing events leading up to and after a process failure in slow motion.
The second-generation EIPVR supports up to four cameras recording simultaneously in either monochrome or color.
