Video imaging module
Navitar Inc.Request Info
Navitar Inc. has released a differential interference
contrast module, a video imaging tool for inspecting semiconductor wafers, flat
panel displays, diamonds, translucent biological samples and optical media. The
user can image the surface of a microscopy sample in 3-D on a video monitor instead
of viewing it through the microscope. The module works with numerical apertures
ranging from 0.05 to 0.50, with optimum performance between 0.15 and 0.40. The technique
is most effective when using transmitted light on reflective surfaces.
