MAINZ, Germany, Oct. 12, 2009 – Dilas has expanded its series of conduction-cooled visible diode laser bars that cover wavelengths 632, 635, 638, 650 and 677 nm with optical continuous-wave output power between 4 and 20 W.
Available in uncollimated, fast-axis collimated, both-axis collimated or fiber-coupled configurations, they are suitable for use in Cr3+LiCAF pumping, holography, illumination and medical applications.

Hermetically sealed and compact housings with an antireflection-coated window are available for the fast-axis and both-axis collimated and the fiber-coupled modules.

All models operate from 20 to 30 °C and have a recommended heat sink capacity of <70 W per bar.

They can be integrated in all of the company’s other packages, like multibar fiber-coupled modules and multibar stacks.
