Vision Inspection Technology

The InspectTracker advanced vision inspection technology from Radix Inc. connects inspection data with its virtual “digital twin.”

As the operator moves from defect to defect with the InspectTracker stylus, almost hands-free, the product quickly identifies defects and maps the complex part surface. Voice commands are used to identity defect types, which are translated to a completely digital record of inspection data. Data points are precisely located with vision algorithms, mapping the data points on a virtual part model.

The application is designed for ease and speed of use, allowing a trained inspector to focus on the quality assessment. Features include statistical part analysis, defects reporting, part inspection time, cost to repair, user statistics, defect analysis, failure mode frequency, heat mapping, part analysis and traceability.
