The EyeSens vision sensor with a DualCore processor from EVT Eye Vision Technology GmbH is a 1.5-MP device with Profinet support.
The sensor allows the smallest details to be detected and evaluated, with fine color nuances differentiated. Relevant object colors can be configured with a mouse click and controlled with the graphical inspection program creation. The user defines the allowed color threshold.
The sensor can communicate with an SPS via the Profinet communication protocol. In addition, the EyeSens supports Modbus as well as TCP/IP and UDP communication. Therefore, machine integration is simple.
