The Ångstrom series wavelength meters for narrowband laser sources are available from Toptica Photonics AG. Manufactured by HighFinesse GmbH, the devices provide high resolution from 350 to 1100 nm with high-speed measurement up to 400 Hz. They contain temperature-controlled interferometers, photodiode arrays, a calibration lamp and software for control and readout on a PC or notebook. The WS/5 provides absolute accuracy of 5 GHz; the WS/6, 700 MHz; and the WS/7, 100 MHz.
