The LumiSolarCell high-power LED-based inspection system, by greateyes, is designed for photoluminescence, electroluminescence and IR measurements of solar cells and wafers.
It features a four-quandrant power supply, which measures resistance and local cell voltage and maps of current density. The imaging system produces 16-bit, 1024 × 1024 and 2048 × 2048 images, with resolutions of 150 µm per pixel or 80 µm per pixel. The LED alignment achieves homogeneities >90 percent.
