Wavelength Stabilized Diode LaserPhotonTec Berlin extends the wavelength stabilized product family with a new diode emitting up to 200 W through a 200 m core, NA 0.22 fiber at 976 nm. Utilizing volume grating, the emitting wavelength is stabilized at 976 nm and insensitive to operating temperature and current. The diode comes with hermetically sealed package with built-in thermistor and photodiode. The diode and package are rigorously tested and validated to ensure long lifetime and long-term reliability. It is an ideal pumping source for high-power fiber lasers and amplifiers. PhotonTec Berlin GmbH is now able to provide wavelength stabilized laser diodes at 808 nm, 976 nm, and 981 nm.
