Wavelength Stabilized Laser Diode PhotonTec Berlin expands its wavelength stabilized diode family with a new high-brightness 976 nm diode of 140 W power from a 105 µm core and 0.22NA fiber pigtail. Utilizing volume grating, the emitting wavelength is stabilized at 976 nm and insensitive to operating temperature and current. The diode module comes with a hermetically sealed 6-pins package measuring 120 mm x 66 mm. Thermistor and monitoring photodiode are integrated. The module is rigorously tested and validated to ensure long term reliability and long life. It is an ideal pumping source for high power fiber laser. Currently diodes at 808 nm, 880 nm, 976 nm, and 981 nm are available for wavelength stabilization.
