The EB-135LP from EpoxySet Inc. is a water white epoxy that resists yellowing.
The high-strength, structural adhesive can be used for encapsulating and sealing LEDs. It is ideal for environmental protection and has superior dielectric properties for potting and protecting electrical components. It can also be used for laminating glass and plastics, and as a coating to prevent moisture contamination.
The EB-135LP has a 2:1 mix ratio with a four-hour work time. It can be cured overnight at room temperature or with mild heat to speed the reaction. Once cured, this low-stress polymer is excellent for temperature cycling from −55° to 125° C. Optical clarity allows for bonding lenses, prisms, and fiber optics for any optical application.
