Polarizing Beam Splitter (PBS) WGFTM Polarizing Beam Splitter (PBS) is made with WGFTTM, the world's first film-based wire grid polarizer. WGFTM shows a high polarization separation performance in a wide range of wavelength not only VIS but IR or longer. The features are stability of the optical performance even at wide angle of incidence (AOI) and this PBS has been in market since AR glass was launched.

It is also useful for coaxial epi-illumination-optical systems, telecentric optical systems, or inspection devices using the same. WGFTM is film base, therefore PBS can be manufactured by sandwiching WGFTM between prisms.

You can choose glass materials which has refractive index you like or size freely. For example, we can provide you 50 mm PBS.
   •  Extinction Ratio: 180:1, Ave. 450~650nm AOI 45 ±18 degrees
   •  Construction : Cube (basically)
   •  Size: 5~50 mm or more
   •  AR Coating: Available on four surfaces
   •  Clear Aperture : Effective in an area except 1.0 mm from the edges
