Hamamatsu Corp.'s two x-ray sources, the L6731-01 and the L6622-01, are ruggedly built to withstand industrial environments. They are suited for a variety of industrial inspection and testing applications of printed circuit boards, semiconductors, electric and electronic components, soldered parts, raw materials, ceramics, rubber and plastic. The L6731-01 has an 8-µm spot size and a distance between target and x-ray window of 12 mm. The L6622-01 has a 10-µm spot size, and the x-ray window is 18 mm from the target.
