The XR-4 x-ray camera from Dalsa Corp. can be integrated into medical imaging equipment for stereotactic biopsy needle positioning, spot imaging, CT and specimen radiography. Three models are available, with fields of view of 15 × 15 cm, 7.5 × 15 cm or 7.5 × 7.5 cm. The 16-megapixel CCD camera can operate at 10 fps in 4 × 4 binning mode. It features a standard Gigabit Ethernet output interface and does not require a frame grabber. The camera also can be customized to meet specific needs.
