The A-361 PIglide XY-rotation stage from PI (Physik Instrumente) is an air-bearing XY-rotation stage, a compact nanopositioning platform for ultrahigh precision and stability in demanding research and industrial applications. The XY-rotation stage has a low profile of 39.5 mm and a 200-mm diameter motion platform. It has a translational motion of 5 mm in both X and Y, along with rotational motion around the Z axis of 2°. The A-361 PIglide XY-theta stage is designed for wafer inspection, flat-panel display, metrology, fiber and optics alignment, mask-less lithography, and micro-LED manufacturing.
