The low-capacitance, ultra-low-noise devices can sense low-light intensities requiring wide dynamic range. The YAG detectors feature a photoconductive mode for fast pulse response sensitivity. Available as single-element or quadrant photodetectors, the product line features active area diameters ranging from 5 to 14 mm.
The devices can be used for position spot tracking, position measurement, and guidance systems.
