Ytterbium-Doped Laser Mirrors
MKS Instruments Inc.Request Info
Newport ytterbium-doped laser mirrors from MKS Instruments Inc. are low-group-velocity-dispersion mirrors specifically designed for the fundamental and second harmonic of ytterbium-doped lasers.
The devices are available in 505 to 530 nm or 1020 to 1050 nm in single- or dual-wavelength performance options. All mirrors feature a diameter of 25.4 mm and are made from high-quality fused silica with multilayer dielectric coatings, covering the most popular ytterbium wavelengths.
Ytterbium-doped lasers are available in many different types, ranging from compact fiber lasers to high-performance femtosecond lasers. Applications include ablation, cutting, drilling, welding, marking, laser sintering, and eye surgery.
