Optical FiberThe TrueLase Yb 20/400-3kW Optical Fiber from OFS Fitel LLC is designed to meet the growing demand in industrial applications for higher power and cost-effective multi-kW fiber lasers.

The fiber has been tested to >3 kW in a forward-pumped fiber laser maintaining stable operation without power degradation for hundreds of hours. Fiber laser manufacturers are able to build their own fiber lasers due to its compatibility with widely available fibers and components. The OFS high-volume manufacturing processes ensure lnternet of Things consistency and low-cost for users. All TrueLase optical fibers use TrueClad low-index polymer coating engineered for reliability and performance in demanding environments.
