Zoom Block CameraThe Harrier 10× AF-Zoom Camera from Active Silicon Ltd. is an autofocus-zoom block camera for affordable, high-quality vision systems.

The camera is now available with LVDS, EX-SDI; USB 3, HDMI; and 3G-SDI video output options. With a 1/3-in., 2-MP progressive scan CMOS sensor and resolutions of 1080p and 720p at 60, 50, and 30 fps, the camera provides 32× digital zoom and IR cut filter removal. The LVDS/EX-SDI camera supports VISCA and Pelco-D/P control protocols while the USB/HDMI version supports UVC, USB VISCA, and serial VISCA control protocols. The 3G-SDI module also offers HD-VLC technology for video transmission over extremely long cable lengths and slip rings.

Applications include surveillance, remote monitoring, aerospace, digital microscopy, and medicine.
