The Zyla sCMOS camera platform by Andor Technology Ltd. offers high frame rate performance, as well as low read noise and a wide dynamic range.

The new platform offers frame rate performance of up to 53 fps from a 4.2 megapixel array. Available for the Zyla 5.5 and Zyla 4.2 models, they respectively house 5.5 and 4.2 megapixel sensors. They feature a light, compact, low vibration design that is intended for both research and OEM usage. Comprehensive on-head FPGA real-time data processing ensures quality images and quantitative stability.

The Zyla models are suited for a wide range of microscopy applications, including ion signaling, super-resolution, light sheet and TIRF.
