Semiconductor, LED, Microelectronics Innovators Honored
Oct 28, 2003 — WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 -- A developer of semiconductor advances, innovators in light-emitting diode (LED) technology and a microelectronics pioneer are among winners of The 2002 National Medal of Technology, to be presented Nov. 6 at a White House ceremony.
