SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 31, 2009 – The Genesis 355 lasers manufactured by Coherent Inc. are all-solid-state devices that provide true continuous-wave output in the ultraviolet (355 nm). Based on proprietary optically pumped semiconductor laser technology, they are available with output powers of 40, 60, 80 and 100 mW and feature TEMOO beam quality of M2 <1.2 and noise of <0.5% rms.
