Nov 1, 2006 — Raylase AG has expanded its Superscan family with the addition of a miniature two-axis X-Y laser beam deflection unit that has a diameter of 9 mm. The Superscan-9 delivers a writing speed of >500 cycles per second, a repeatability of 20 μrad and long-term drift of <0.45 mrad over a period of eight hours.
