Aug 1, 2004 — The TriVista triple spectrometer introduced by Princeton Instruments allows software-based switching between additive and subtractive modes, without external hardware. Spectral resolution is <0.003 nm, and wavelength range is from 200 nm to 2.2 µm. The device captures Raman spectra as close as 3 cm21 from the Rayleigh line.
