Nov 1, 2005 — XenICs has released the XS-FPA, a robust, easy-to-use digital IR camera that produces 14-bit images at a frame rate of 60 Hz. The device covers the 0.9- to 1.7-µm spectral range using an array of 320 × 256 pixels set at a 30-µm pitch, and features a pixel operability ratio of 98% and an optical fill factor of >99.9%.
