KLEVE, Germany, Feb. 3, 2011 — Spectro Analytical Instruments GmbH, a unit of Ametek Materials Analysis Div., announced it formed a strategic marketing alliance with SII NanoTechnology Inc. to market its inductively coupled plasma optical emission (ICP-OES) and mass spectrometers (ICP-MS) in Japan.
