rapidFLIM: The New and Innovative Method for Ultra fast FLIM ImagingrapidFLIM exploits recent advances in Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) electronics, where ultra-short dead times allows imaging fast, dynamic processes via Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM). With this new approach, FLIM image acquisition with more than 10 frames per second is possible, enabling imaging of dynamic processes (protein interactions, chemical reactions), highly mobile species (mobility of cell organelles or particles, cell migration), and studying FRET dynamics.
