University of Rochester Receives $18M for New Laser Facility
ROCHESTER, N.Y., Sept. 26, 2023 — The University of Rochester has received nearly $18 million from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to design and prototype key technologies for EP-OPAL, a new facility dedicated to the study of ultrahigh-intensity laser-matter interactions.
