Laser Acquisition
Nov 1, 2009 — EO Technics Co. Ltd. of London, a developer and manufacturer of laser-based equipment, has acquired the laser business and assets of Powerlase Ltd. of Crawley, UK. As part of the agreement, the London-based company has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Powerlase Photonics Inc., to take over the business. The new company will retain the Powerlase and Starlase brand names.
