MACHINERY ALIGNMENT
Nov 1, 1999 — Pinpoint Laser Systems has released a new version of its measuring and alignment system for industrial applications. The enhanced microgage machinery alignment kit performs alignments over a range of 50 ft with 2 x 10-5-in. precision. The kit includes a battery-powered transmitter that projects a laser beam for centerline reference, a digital receiver to measure orientation, and a computer interface for collecting and scaling readings. Other positioning accessories also are provided.
