Custom Webinar Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Photonics Media to produce a custom webinar. Below is a list of information you will need to submit at least 8 weeks prior to your proposed presentation date.

You may complete the entire form at once or submit sections separately at your convenience. Once we have your complete information, we will post the webinar on our website, open registration, and schedule promotional eblasts for the webinar.

We have found that when sponsors promote their own events registration tends to rise. We will provide you with links to the appropriate landing pages and we strongly encourage you to promote this webinar with whatever marketing and social media platforms your company uses.

1. Scheduling
Please choose a month when you would like to hold your webinar and we will contact you to finalize a date. We will do our best to provide you with the month of your choice. A limited number of custom webinars are scheduled per month and available slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Webinar description and images

    - What will attendees learn and how will they benefit?

    Brief summary for newsletters, print pubs, and social media (1-3 sentences; approx. 50-75 words). If no summary is provided, we will write one based on your abstract.
  • Please submit a high-resolution image that conveys the concept of your webinar. The image will be used on our site, as a thumbnail in the eblasts for the webinar, and possibly in our print magazines. A simple image that can be cropped to a square format is best. The image can be of a product, or portray how a product is used, or an industry that you are targeting. If you do not have an image, we will choose an appropriate stock image.

6. Lead Generation
With your sponsorship, you may submit up to three questions for webinar registrants to answer. These questions will appear on the registration page and can be optional or required. Questions can be multiple choice (choose one) or short answer.

Your questions should elicit a response that is relevant to the products and services you sell and that will help you qualify the registrant as a potential customer. For example, you could ask:

- "What is your timeline for purchasing/implementing [technology or product you sell related to the webinar]. a) Within the next 6 months; b) 6 months-1 year; c) 1-2 years; d) No plans to purchase/implement at this time."

7. Follow-up survey
  • Webinar attendees receive a brief follow-up survey immediately following the webinar. You will receive the responses in a follow-up report.
