Hyperspectral Characterization of Advanced Next-Generation Materials - Photon etc.

Demonstration of the capabilities of Photon Etc.’s state-of-the-art IMA™ capturing and analyzing the photoluminescence and transmittance spectra of a perovskite crystal. It rapidly provides maps of uniformity, losses and identifies surface defects based on wavelength peak shifts and intensity variations. By gaining access to the optical properties over large areas, it is possible to improve the fabrication process and overall efficiency of a photovoltaic device and thus produce always cleaner energy.
