About This Webinar
Consumers have growing expectations for the quality of the food they consume. Fortunately, many nondestructive solutions using light could provide information to ensure food quality with the help of imaging, spectroscopy, and hyperspectral imaging. These techniques may be used in grading meat, identifying objects, and assuring moisture content, and in x-ray imaging for inspection. Tu provides basic knowledge about each technique and answers some common questions, including where and when to use hyperspectral and SWIR hyperspectral imaging.

***This presentation premiered during the 2022 Vision Spectra Conference. For more information on Photonics Media conferences, visit events.photonics.com.
