About This Webinar

Laser designs require tightly controlled and consistent performance from their power supplies. When choosing power solutions for laser processes, the typical influencing factors are the electrical requirements of the laser, the physical size, and price. In addition, laser OEMs should take into consideration the unique challenges of input and output requirements, and the control interface, and physical constraints from environmental contaminants.

Mulcahy and Kamra discuss the considerations of power conversion and the benefits of high-frequency switched-mode power supplies in laser process applications.
