Toptica Photonics AG of Munich, Germany, has opened an office for US sales and OEM customer support in Westfield, Mass. Alain Bourdon, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the area of scientific lasers, will head the operation, Toptica Photonics Inc. The function of the unit is to increase brand recognition and to enhance customer services in the US.
