RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., Oct. 2 -- CXR SAS (France) has received initial orders from the French Navy for its secure telecommunications transmission equipment. CXR is a subsidiary of MicroTel International Inc., a manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic components and communication equipment.

Graham Jefferies, executive vice president of MicroTel, said, "We continue to aggressively target the military segment of the communications market.
