Nozomi Photonics of San Jose, Calif., and Kawasaki City, Japan, has selected Photline Technologies to distribute its high-speed optical switches in Europe. Based in Besançon, France, Photline supplies modulation products for high-data-rate optical transmission networks. Nozomi Photonics’ integrated products, which are based on proprietary PLZT electro-optic technology, serve the optical communications market.
