Coherent Launches Product Finder

SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 13, 2006 -- Coherent Inc.'s Web site now features a product search to simplify selection of laser power and energy meters.

Coherent offers more than 100 different laser sensor options, and nearly a dozen different meters, so selecting the right product combination for a specific application can be a challenging task for customers, the company said. The laser measurement system product finder simplifies this process by enabling customers to specify the laser output parameters that they wish to measure (wavelength, average power, repetition rate etc.) and the meter functionality and features they desire. The results present products that best meet the criteria and enable users to examine product specifications.
