Gamma Scientific, a manufacturer of light-measurement instrumentation, and UDT Instruments, a provider of electro-optical devices, both in San Diego, have allied to create a broader, innovative range of light- measurement products and services. Under the arrangement, UDT Instruments is now a division of Gamma Scientific, integrating its R&D, manufacturing and customer support capabilities into the parent company’s headquarters.
