Electro Scientific Hires Paul Oldham as CFO

Electro Scientific Industries Inc. (ESI), a Portland, Ore.-based provider of photonic and laser systems for microengineering applications, today announced that Paul R. Oldham has been hired as chief financial officer (CFO), vice president of administration and corporate secretary, and will start by Jan. 7. Oldham replaces Kerry Mustoe, ESI's interim CFO since Sept. 30, who will remain as vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer. Oldham brings nearly 20 years of financial management experience from Tektronix Inc., where he held several senior leadership positions including vice president finance and corporate controller, European operations controller, and most recently vice president treasurer and investor relations. Oldham earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and MBA from Brigham Young University.
