Affiris GmbH of Vienna, Austria, a developer of peptide-based vaccines for disease treatment, will integrate the Enterprise Image Intelligence suite from Definiens AG of Munich, Germany, into its Alzheimer’s disease vaccination program. The companies expect the automated image analysis program to provide more objective results than a manual approach, as well as to reduce time and expense.
