Opto-Alignment Technology Inc. of Rochester, N.Y., an engineering and optical metrology firm, has relocated to a 6000-sq-ft facility south of Charlotte, N.C. The new plant offers a 1300-sq-ft cleanroom that includes vibration-controlled workstations and high-precision inspection instruments.
