Acorn Acquisition Corp. of Salt Lake City will acquire Lumen Medical Inc. of Plymouth, Minn. Lumen owns 51 percent of PulmoScience Inc. of Montreal, a biotechnology company that is developing a noninvasive molecular imaging technique for use in diagnosing pulmonary embolisms and hypertension.
